Are these seats factory ?

I don't think I have seen any with cloth in them. Maybe I have never noticed. Also did someone weld that nut on the back seat bar or did it come with it ?

The seats are stock, the covers are not. Explorers and Rangers came with cloth inserts but no EB came out of the factory with black seat covers.
The nut welded on the back seat is not stock.
