aux tank questions.

Has anybody every seen an aux tank with a bolt on neck. I have an aux tank that is weird. where the filler neck hooks up there is usually a neck that the hose goes on. this tank doesn't have one it has a flat metal surface like where the sending unit goes on I haven't seen the neck part that bolts on any where. any body know what year this came off of or is it off of something other than a bronco. looks just like a bronco aux tank just weird filler neck. thanks in advance.

Most likely someone didn't want to pay for find a replacement fuel hose and made their own to fill through the wheelwell. Not a bad idea, mine leaks, need to get that special tape the fuses together.
