I bought new headers for my EFI swap, upon starting I have a serious header gasket leak (yes they are tight , very tight) even tightened after a Initial start up Pulled the header back to lift out the gasket and I’d like to know if anyone has had a similar issue ? Or used a better gasket ? I can kinda see where one port is slightly burnt & was maybe leaking out of there
Thank you

BCB headers have been known to not fit on some aftermarket heads.

I tried a bunch after having some issues with header gaskets and Remflex worked perfectly!

I can’t get ahold of BC Broncos last couple days to ask them advice. However I did chat with brews custom
They think the issue is because of BCs raised welds & there’s likely won’t work as they shave theirs flat
My friend Rob made a suggestion that I may try or I’ll try ramflex

Go with Remflex gaskets. Be very careful when installing them, as they are fairly brittle.
