"Best" rear seat option & belts

Looking for suggestions for the "best" rear seat and belt option for carrying two kids (8-12 y.o. range) in the back. This would be for 95% street driving. The Bronco will have a full, frame tied roll cage with disc brakes.

The stock seat seems to be too low in the back to offer decent protection. Thinking of something highback with good arrangement for seat belts. Not sure if there is a good single - two seat configuration or a dual (like the front) set up. Looking for belt suggestions also.

Thanks

I've seen a post in here for a rear seat made of two explorer rears 40/20/40

Used the 2 40's

Maybe somebody else can give more details?
