Big Body Alternator

Yo guys
I have a big body Alternator, I just took off and replaced it with a one wire unit.

It was working when I took it off, but now that it is off there is something rattling around inside if you shake it.

I don't really want to ship it, but if anyone in new england needs a spare, it would be good as a spare trail alternator

I am not sure what it is
I taled to a alt place today, was there getting wires done, they think one of the diodes came loose, and thats whats rattling

I will see if I can figure out what it is
