i am going to run the f-series mounts up front and inboard hoop in the rear which reservoured 7100's do i go with? will be running a 4.5 suspension lift and a 1 inch body lift.
i really want to utilize the "1 good shock" theory as opposed to 2 ok ones up front.
will it work with the f series mounts? if not(or you don't think so) i am open to suggestions or ideas

There are some archive threads about this but what I remember reading is the F-250 mounts up front work fine and the best way to determine shock length is to put the suspension through its travel. Depending on where you put your inboard mounts you might need a slightly longer or shorter shock.

I know Chuck does these on a regular basis and might be able to give you a shock length that's correllated to certain mounting points.

I'm going thru the same thing right now. I'm slapping some old shox on and then I will be taking my rig by the 4wd Wholesalers and putting her on the ramp to figure this out. Perhaps you can do the same.
