The article does mention ventilated seats. That's not a style, it's a great feature. WTH, those could have been appreciated for decades now. Not sure about Ford, but GM has them.

Solid axle up front - check; v8 - yup check; amazing visibility for rocks trees - check; winch - check; carpeted bed with full size slider rear window - oh, yeah, check; bfg all terrains check!. 30-foot whip antennae to breaker one-nine your rubber ducky from anywhere - check; off-road lights - check; exhaust that doesn't interfere with ground clearance -check; ergonomic and robust built in winged roll bar - check. Looks like a delorean mated with a jeep honcho. What's not to love?
