Bronco Fender Flares - Ever installed from the factory?

I have a question about fender flares and the sport model. Were fender flares ever installed from the factory? and if so was there any trim package that had the flares match the body color or have them white? Understandably the rear from the factory wouldn't have flares, but curious if they put them on the front?
