• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Believe it or not, yes, body panels rarely survive shipping unscathed. I know the shop selling the hood, and it belongs to another member here. Their work is top notch and their primary clients are high end, resto-mod and concours winning show cars. If it says ready to paint, it's ready to paint.

If I had known how long I was going to fight the flaws in my own hood, i would have been money ahead to buy this one.

they got more than a day into body work on just a hood? WTF? That means they would have 6 months in body work to get my tub ready for primer? HA! I paid 75 bucks for my hood and it came with the spring and latch as well as the safety latch! Can you say rip off's?

?:? I can tell you have never done body work. Any repro body panel is going to need to have imperfections fixed in order for it to look decent once painted. Block sanding takes forever and labor ain't free. If you are looking for a decent used hood to bolt on, this isn't the one for you. If you are looking for something for a restoration or for a Bronco that you are going to paint soon, this is ready to go and save you a heck of a lot of time.
