bronco lean suggestion?

I have done everything that I know to do to fix the lean that my bronco had when I bought it. All new suspension including extended radius arms and trac bar with drop bracket. Replaced all the bushings. And finally I disconnected the front axle with the radius arms still connected to the axle and not the frame so the frame end is on the ground. The axle is sitting on 2 jack stands at a level height. I tried the WH suggestion and no matter what order I tightened the cbushing the passenger radius arm is 1in off the ground. ive even swapped the caps from one side to the other. To me it seems like the Cnotches are a little crooked. Any suggestions or knowledge?

I have heard Paul say that if you can't get the other one all the way down try bringing the other one up a little. The idea being that they are both level.
I have heard some guys here say they cheated a little and ground the pad you mount your coil cup too flatter ie..more level.
As I understand it the radius arms not being level means your pad for the coil cup is not level which would cause you to be sitting on the toe or heel of the coil.

Keep F'ing with it.

Make sure the axle wedges, and the inside of the radius arm and c-caps are smooth. I took a flap disk to mine. Then make sure you lubricate the bushings, radius arms and c-caps with something. Dish soap, silicon spray, KY jelly, whatever you have handy. Then, tighten in an X sequence, trying to keep the top and bottom gap the same.

Not sure why I haven't tried lube. Going to go try it now

I had to replace a set of new c- bushings with another set, no matter what I couldn't get the arms level. I think sometimes the bushings just don't come out of the mold correct and can cause this, not often, but maybe a limited few are this way and I just happen to get a set. So if you cant get them to wrk out try a new set.

Could you describe your lean? Front/rear, driver/passenger side. How much lean? I finally gave up on fiddling with the radius arms. Even when they were perfect, the driver side rear sagged 3/4". I blame it on the larger aftermarket aux tank. I ended up putting a 3/4" spacer under the leaf spring pack. No more worries.;)
In my experience, crushed body bushings and bent body mounts are the normal cause of the lean. Why else would most Broncos lean to the driver side?

The lean is on the drivers front. You could see the lean from the rear also but not as much. Just measaured the rear and it's level, with the front frame sitting on stands and the rear is on the tires.

I had some pretty bad lean to the driver side after installing all new bushings, shocks and 3.5" springs on the front of my 73.

I tried everything, and finally gave up and disconnected the front axle. It took me literally 8 hours of trial and error to get mine to line up. I found that soapy water on the bushings helped a ton. I filled my car wash bucket with soap and water, dropped the bushings in and then pulled them out and installed. It still took me 4 or 5 tries of tightening the caps in different methods to get it right. I think in the end it was all a matter of luck.

But the good news is, it's worth it. I have zero lean now. Keep trying man, it's frustrating but you will get it.

Im not sure what exactly I did but I finally got it. I will say I used soapy water. And once I got the bolts started I soaked it with some penetrating oil. Hope I don't have to do that again and thanks for the suggestions from everyone.
