My truck was stolen last night. . If anyone sees the truck please call 911. Thanks!!!!!

Update....The police recovered my truck. Got a call this morning. Some guy out of Missouri Valley Iowa stole it. Beat up his g/f and they picked him up in Logan Iowa. I picked up the truck just now. Back safe and sound - no damage. Thanks ;D

How 'bout some pics and your number so we can call you. 911 will do nothing about a stolen vehicle. We're heading your way, we'll keep an eye out.

I filled out a police report so if anyone sees the truck they can call the police and notify them. Heinz thanks for the offer - Im betting someone took it out for a joy ride and now it is just sitting somewhere. Dont have any pic's to post. It is a Blue '77 Ranger with a white top. Uncut/stock.

I'll keep an eye out over here on the good side of the river. This hits a little too close to home.

Vinny,

Hate to hear that Vinny. As far as description...does it have the white Ranger stripes and all, or is it just Blue? White top? Etc.

Let us know.

Thanks Much,

Blue71

Thanks guys!!!! I will try and post some pictures. It does not have the white stripes. Dark blue (original color) with white top. Uncut wheels.

Allright! Glad you got it back safe and sound. Not only is the guy a dirtbag for stealing your truck, but beating up his girlfriend too...a real class act.

Thanks everyone for your support. I can breathe a sigh of relief. Sounds like this guy has enough problems, but I'll give him credit for his taste in vehicles. ;)

-------glad to here your nightmare is over----you can never defend against towing ,but measures should be taken to make it very difficult for it to be driven away with kill switches, hood locks, fuel cutoff ,etc.-- my defense in addition to those for when I'm within 1/2 a mile or so is a pager system & would be good for those parking outside over night-- even if someone sets my alarm off and starts ripping wires out to kill the alarm it has already began to send me a signal 3 times in a row

I've watched this post just hadn't posted. Glad you got it back. Must of been a tough thing to go thru. Now you can start taking some measures so it doens't happen again.
