I have been watching on TV and saw a few in the distance on panning shots of the holding area.

The Ranger with rocker chrome trim is a bit odd. I have seen them originally equipped with or without belt line chrome, but never the rocker chrome. I'm also thinking a stock Ranger like that looks a bit better in hard top form.

Overall, looks like a nice showing of EBs, will be interesting to see what they go for.

I like the front bumper/winch setp on the red one.. I know it is dumb, but I hate when the winch covers up the F.O.R.D. letters on the front grille. I have enough people calling it a Jeep.. :)

Shamu, what's your opinion on $ value of the two red ones. I have a friend who is shopping those two. He wants a modified, more trail than street rig. The Red w/ black hard top '68 says non-conforming VIN on Mecum's site which is a big red flag.

Just from a few pics, the all red '77 looks to be the best buy out of all of them unless you dig the Ranger.

That Red is all Street. Too pretty to wheel.

I have wanted to do a grill like that Red 77. It has a chrome center. Very nice.

Prizefighter where have you been? See you at OCBR?

Hey Shamu, I honestly didn't think you would remember me! I have been busy with pharmacy school and mostly just popping in to read, but have started to make a come back. I even talked to Mr. Holy the other day. Yes, I'll be at the OCBR - broncoless but it's all good! Look forward to meeting you and others in person.

The Brown 73 Ranger sold for $19.5K.

The commentators hosed it all up. Said how pitiful the 302 was with 132 HP and then said they later had Cleveland in them.

They also said the Ranger was loaded with PS, auto and I believe they used the term "factory air" and mentioned it was a rag top as if it also was factory.

I hope all the info they give on the muscle cars is more accurate than what they know about Broncos.

I was not a fan of the soft top or the rocker chrome, but if it was as clean as it looked from a distance, that was well bought.
