About 3 weeks ago I called the dealer to see if I could get some info. He really didn't have any. I had him remove the trailer tow from the order, but kept the hard top and 2.7. Big Bend 4 door.. Yesterday he called me with a build date. Now we enter the second stage of frustration lol.

Am I to assume that the order was sped up by dropping the trailer tow, or just coincidence?
Must be some options that are being hard to fill.

I got an email from Ford saying that the trailer tow was a high demand commodity so I deleted it. The trailer hitch package can actually be added at the dealership. I don’t know if this helped expedite the order or not but I’m sure it helped. Certainly didn’t hurt

When I realized I only needed a hitch receiver for a basket on the back once in a while I bought the Curt receiver for $111. It's even cheaper now.

I deleted my tow package and our Bronco it is in our garage now and saved $489 not going through Ford.

I deleted the tow package on my Badlands order back in December. Still nothing didnt help me at all!! I just wanted it for a bike rack so I didnt need it for actually towing that what the superduty is for!
I am so sick off all my friends and family asking when are you getting your bronco? How come you dont have a bronco yet? My friend Joe Blow got one two months after he ordered it or Oh they just went to the dealer and bought one!:mad::mad:

I deleted the tow package off my order, then previewed the next week then got a VIN the next scheduling cycle.
