Building a new 1971 body with all new parts .Need a little help with height of the kick panel and A pillar .I have it set at 21 1/4 inch high from floor pan to top of kick panel where the cowl and fire wall sit. but rocker panel does not fit very well .My question is ,is it normally to have to trim off the floor pan to get the rocker panel to fit right ?
