• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

This Bronco showed up for sale on a lot, my wife saw it and told me about it so I stopped in and looked it over.
At first I was in love with it, then the more I looked the more lipstick I found on it. It has a really nice new paint job on the outside, new carpet and interior, and LOTS of hidden rust.

Why didn't the just fix it right??

Any old vehicle with new paint on it buyer beware. Unless they have tons of pics documenting the work under the shiny new paint here's about a 90% chance the new paint is to hide rust and bondo.

But. That's what buyers want. Shiny new paint. Years ago I tried to sell my EB. And every potential buyer complained about the dull dinged up paint. They were all unimpressed with the EFI and PS and disc brakes.

I told em there were hundreds of bodyshops in Atlanta. But maybe three people who could transplant in a EFI and 5 speed.
