Caddy brake adjustment

Looking to fine tune my brake pedal feel a bit, and going to start by checking my caddy calipers. I have the little tool from b.c. my question is can the adjustment be done with brakes fully installed? Or do I need to pull the brakes from the truck to work on them? The tutorials ive watched the brakes were on a bench.

Yes, but expect some fluid to come when you do it.

Yes. Can be done on vehicle.
Never watched the video ... but the aim is to get the lever arm to touch the stop at rest.
