• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Hi, I am new the site and have been reading a lot of the posts as a guest. I just registered. I owned a bronco a few years back but it was not a great experience. I have been in the market for a few months again. I have saved a lot of time and money by reading these posts. Thanks to everyone.

I am looking at a candy apple red 1974 candy apple red bronco currently on EBAY and on denver craigslist. Does anyone know this vehicle? I am thinking about hiring someone to check it out.

It appears to have what I am looking for: 351, auto, ps, reasonable lift and suspension, and a good, but not perfect, paint job. I don't mind changing the seats, bumpers, roll bar, and adding soft top, but I don't want a problem vehicle that has body issues and needs mechanical work.

I have spoken to the seller and he seems knowledgable and straight forward.

Any thoughts or advise are greatly appreciated.

I don't know how to link to EBAY or Craigslist, sorry.

Mark

The seller's name is Marc. I am not from Denver. I live in Newport Beach, CA. Just a coincidence. I do not know him. I am thinking about hiring a Denver based auto appraiser. How do you know he sells a lot of cars?

Looked at his feedback. The most recent was a Bronco and the feedback was negative.

Just read the negative feedback. Thanks for pointing it out. I am not looking for any surprises.
