This may be stupid but does your ac flow through your roll bar tubing? If so, thats pretty sweet.

yes, I altered my cage to direct air flow through the front hoop and to the back. I still need to install my heater craft and evaporator under my dash.

That's a great idea. Do you have any concerns about air flowing through your roll cage and causing premature rusting?

And since no thread is complete without this question, I'll ask it:

Amount of lift? Tire & wheel size & manufacturer?

That's a really clever idea for the cage.

I've got 1/4" to spare! I positioned the bars just slightly below the high point of the hoop. My highest points are actually the bolt heads. My plan it to install a yakima cargo rack.

lift is 3.5 ranch coils, 4.5 wild horse 11 pack, 2" body lift, 35 mtrs, and ultra? rims. i purchased the rims and tires through nickstrix from one of his customers.

as for rust, i sprayed the inside best i could with extend. I'll need to keep an eye on it.

What collars did you use around your roll bar? I have been thinking of the same thing and was looking for some collars.

Thanks
Don

Don, i purchased the clamps from Mad4wd.

Orange, the clamps remove in about 5 minutes. the bolts are tee heads and the clamps have slots, so you don't need to completely unthread the bolts.

Here's a picture of the rack loaded, -coleman grill, four chairs, cooler, and a suv box.

4x4,

When you get a chance, could you please take a shot of the above & below of where the bolt passes through the soft top?!?!

I am having difficulty visualizing how you sealed off the top!

Thanks a million & Happy New Years!
