Carpet kit

looking for a carpet kit for my half cab. Which vendor has the best one out there?

I think the Toms kit seems to be the most common favorite, but I hear ACC mentioned a ton as well.

I just installed the premium kit from toms, and to be honest, I think it may actually be too thick. I wasn’t 100% pleased with the final result, but I think I would have concerns with all the available kits. I think you just need to temper your expectations and know it’s not going to be like you see in a new car. For example, the seam where they join the horizontal portion under the seat to the vertical portion that meets the floor board is so thick that there’s zero chance you could ever make it lay nice and snug against the sheet metal.

I used the ACC kit, Rock Auto had the best price at the time I bought it. I got the one with the mass backing. As Millercorey mentioned, thickness plays a part in how well the carpet conforms to the various pitches of the interior. The mass backing adds quite a bit of thickness, so there's some bunching where the carpet is formed to parts that drop down to the foot well.

Any other opinions? I am looking also. I will be using sound deadener if that makes a difference.
