I have a set of shafts out of a big Bronco. I understand the passenger inner will need to be shortened. Will a Chevy passenger inner be the right length and could I use that in combination with the big Bronco outer?

What year vehicles would have this shaft if it's what I need?

Here's one of Mr N's charts that's a lot easier to compare:

I had to grind 3/16's off the end of the chevy short side inner because it was bottoming out in the diff. There's plenty of spline to get away with grinding a bit off the end, just grind a taper on the end of the spline to match the factory one so it goes through the seal nicely.
