Who has done this swap? I saw some info on the Arizona Bronco page and would like to start gathering parts and a rolling list who are running this with Chevy brakes in case I run into snags along the way.

Thanks!

A good friend of mine did it before he went to Rockwells. All you need are the shafts out of a Chevy D44. Send the long side inner off to Moser (or whoever) and have it cut down.... it wasnt very expensive. The short side is drop-in.

I did this swap and it is pretty straight forward. Like was said, the short side just goes right in and you have to get the long side cut down.

You can use Ford FS D44 shafts as well to get the bigger "U"ieys.

From Warn: Inner shaft lengths and the outers.
I've seen too many errors from Warn to trust them more than the Spicer info.
Good luck.
