I joined a trail ride today with the Colorado Bronco Owners group. CBO is primarily a Gen6 Club but a few of us have early Broncos too. The 2 trails we did were Saran Wrap and Eagle Rock. They are just outside of Colorado Springs. Saran Wrap is maybe a 5 level. Eagle Rock is probably a 7 - maybe 8 at one spot. Great day! And a pretty long day - we started at around 10 am and finished about 6 pm. I got home at 8. Saran Wrap is a short loop that joins Eagle Rock. Parts of both trails are very narrow. We had a Braptor in the group and it had trouble with some of the narrow spots. (See a couple pics attached!) I got some more scrapes on my wheel rings and probably some on my skids plates but I have not looked underneath yet! But no body damage. All 8 Broncos were on 35's or 37's. Very fun trail.

Enjoy the pics!

Ohhhh...the doggy wants some sandwich! 😋

If I'm remembering correctly some of that road had tunnels and was a railroad. Spent a lot of vacations as a kid around Colorado Springs but never got down in that area to wheel. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, the dog was begging!!

Actually the road with tunnels and which was a railroad route is Phantom Canyon which is just southwest of Old Stage Road. But very similar.

Nice pictures, Thanks for the share.

Sad to see little or no snow and everything looks so dry.
Yes, very dry for this time of year. There were still some very small patches of snow in some very shady spots.

Mike, I enjoyed having your son ride with me for a while. We'll arrange something soon.
