its got 2 bolts under it that hold it in place. Description says c4 / v8 / d20 / 9'' Guys its worth 500.

The road salts have taken its toll on the body and I would bet the rear of the frame, especially at the spring mounts is real thin if not rusted thru!

Those are snow plow mounting brackets. The brackets fit over the crossmember and have long bolts going through the frame crossmember.

Hell, if it's got a clear title, good VIN #'s on the frame, and the VIN tag on the glovebox, it's worth 5 beans IMHO...
