Doesn't seem that long ago I picked up a 68 that ran and drove with a snow plow for the same price, geeez!!!

the frame picture. It looks like someone has made the front crossmember removable?
its got 2 bolts under it that hold it in place. Description says c4 / v8 / d20 / 9'' Guys its worth 500.

The road salts have taken its toll on the body and I would bet the rear of the frame, especially at the spring mounts is real thin if not rusted thru!

Those are snow plow mounting brackets. The brackets fit over the crossmember and have long bolts going through the frame crossmember.
