Corbeau Safari Fold&Tumble Rear Seat

I just picked up a corbeau rear bench seat

Do you know if these brackets will work for the most part? I know I might have to drill new mounting holes or weld extensions to reach the floor pan mounts. Just curious if theyll fit the seat and allow for the proper mechanics of the seat to fold and tumble back? I've searched on here and found other tumble and fold seat threads but nothing specific on brackets for these seats.

sorry mel.never got around to installing the rear latches.... maybe this winter i'll get around to it...
