Core Support Measurement

I'm going to replace my inter-fenders and the core support on my 76 bronco. I noticed the existing core support isn't completely on a 90° angle but more leaning towards the windshield. Is there any measurements that I can look up to use base off (lets say) the frame horn and or the windshield / fire wall?

just line it up with the new inner fenders. Your kinda stuck with what it ends up being. Put the entire front clip together then go from there. I wouldnt attach anything till you assemble the entire front clip including fenders and grill. Then tear down and weld.

90% of what i buy is from JBG.

Some of jeffs parts have changed and alot of stuff is assembled already. When i got them parts a few years ago it was probably around $400-$500 I see there core support has the radiator supports already oon there. Im glad i got mine all seperate as it allowed me to place my radiotor in the corect place with my 1"BL.

My girlfriend got mad after all them parts sat in the living room for 2 weeks%) I thought id never get the parts in the correct place because i had no old body to go off. But they pretty much can only go in one place and in the end it worked out ausome. I love my glass tub with all new metal front inner clip! It was a bitch to get all welded up, but it turned out sweet!

Wow thats pretty good no carpet burns or overspray and the fridge is close.
Thats the way to break in your girlfriend if she doesnt understand then she has the option to move on before life gets really serious. Wait until she sees the dishwasher/parts washer and powdercoating in the oven. hey and dont leave her electric toothbrush lying around. That really gets them.

Is that chip fooses diagram???

I saw that when i put mine togehter and i dont think mine was even close. If you look at his numbers there not the same from side to side. I think if you go off them numbers it will never fit. Them numbers are anly gona work for the body he pulled them off and not necessarly for your body.
