Crane HI-7 ignition

Anyone have any experience with one ? I have a guy who wants to trade me a brand new one for a set of pistons I have. It is no longer being sold as I guess it was way too much money for most guys to spend on ignition. I think the ignition box was around $400 new.

Anyone know someone who has used one ?

Never had one but My understanding is that its only recommneded for drag racing. It was listed at about $400. It should have a large capaciter with the box and a PS92 coil. If your racing go for it otherwise I wouldnt.
