I built a custom cage and didnt even think about my future plans to get a soft top??? Take a look at these pics and tell me if you think a Best top or any other brand will fit??? I'm mostly concerned about the front.

looks like the windshield bracket will get in the way of a bestop. if you can attach the support on the underside of the top of the windshield frame you will able to attach a rise more easily.

don't know about other tops though

Does the hard top fit? I was told the hard tops fit closer than the soft tops...

I built my custom cage with that thought. I test fit it with the hard top on and everything was cool...

BUT... my kayline softtop rubs the cage on all 4 corners... it still fits but it squeaks a little driving down the road. So much for that theory...

I was thinking the best top might clear everything since it looks like it sits higher.

A Rampage/STC/Kayline definately will NOT fit. Bestop MIGHT. Bestop has a higher riser to clear the stock wiper motor position. Looks like yours already has a drop bracket so I can't tell from the relative position of the motor and your cage.

I have a besttop but I have a lower riser than others Ive seen. That being said, looking at my cage and top, your cage is high but looks like it will fit with maybe some tweaking of the soft top bars/hardware in back. May not have to do anything. The main, or only problem, I see is the soft tops framing around the doors. You may not be able to stretch the material enough to attach around the doors. I cant load pics on an ipad, but when I get to my computer later I will see if I have any pics or get some. My profile may have somehing that could help.

I don't know about the cage and soft top (looks tight to me), but it looks like you might have an issue with your garage door if you get much taller ;)
