Custom center console and dash reconfiguration ideas

Does anyone have any pics on a custom center console that comes from the between the seat and goes up to the dash or reconfigured dash pics? I was thinking of building one that i could mount the radio in as well as gauges and some heat ducts coming out the sides(saw a picture of one like this ,not my idea but it looked real good) i bought some foam cardboard poster paper to start with but do not know if i should transfer the design to metal or do it fiberglass ,any ideas or drawings sure would be helpful.

nice , I see you tilted them race car style so all needles point up,good idea.thanks for the pics they gave me some good ideas
