Custom rear bumper mounted spare tire mount $5!!!!

Wow did I score big. I picked up a used Hummer H2 swing-a-way spare tire mount for $5!!! It looks like it can be bolted to almost anything, So I will either take a stock bumper and weld in some extra steel behind it for more strenth and bolt this thing(or weld it) to the stock bumper, or make a bumper out of some channel Heres a pic of it, what do you think?(this is one on ebay, not the one I bought)

Yeah I thought of that too, I should be able to cut those off and drill some holes and press in some new studs

Somew guy had it at a swap meet(Englishtown) I asked him how much, he said $5, I couldn't even try to talk him down
