Custom Steering/Heim Joint Bushings

I'm going to fab up a custom steering setup like the rock-proof setup and I was wondering where I would get some bushings for the heim joints.

I order my fittings thru FK Bearings. Make sure to order the heim joints that are greasable and DO NOT contain any type of teflon or other liners. I find that the lined ones do not last as long. I order the Precision male extra capacity with zerk fitting.
