Cutout Location for Explorer EFI (need exact measurements where to locate the cutout)

Looking to see if someone can give me the location from top and sides for the cutout. I am going to run air but i think the bulk head is going on pass side fire wall. I filled that hole and made it same as drivers side. Even if you have the bulkhead by the ecu that would be ok.

are you planning in the center of the firewall above where heater control cable exits?

Keep the ECU as high as you can, when cutting the hole. You’ll need to relocate the heater temp control cable.

I use the ECU mount Boot as a guide where to cut the hole. Heater cable in the factory position is forced to be filled, moved. I move it towards the Pass side and a littlle lower...

Thanks are y’all running a/c?

I did AC on my 1st conversion, a 68, which Dirtdonk owns now. Location of the bulkhead connector is based on the BCB kit suggestions.

It is just a hot mess back there squeezing everything in. Just plan on pulling the upper Plenum if you need to work on things...
