Anyone cut down their 2" poly body lift mounts to go 1"
Any reason not to?

Went from stock to 2", now (for multiple reasons) looking at bring that down to a 1".
Would like to re-use what I already have if possible.

Thanks,
-Robert

Cut them straight and no problem. As stated might need shorter bolts.

Years ago I did it with a chop saw. Got a wooden dowel that fit perfectly inside so it didn't wobble. Turned the 2" pucks into two 0.95" pucks because of the kerf of the blade.

Cutting em down will work but I like the fact that the actual 1" body lifts are just a 1 " bigger body mount with no block.
