• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Hi, I know I'm a nerd, but I need the front axle ID tag that goes on a D44 from your 71-72 Bronco. Maybe you have one on your wheeler that you dont care about. Well, I have a restoration I"m doing on a 10/71 build Bronco, and the axle tag is corroded bad enough I'd rather not use it. I can read it from the back, but not the front. Axle, frame, etc, is all powdercoated and pretty so I need a good legible tag that I can blast and coat. Tag is located using two holes that hold your front cover on. It can be a D1 or D2 prefix part number as 10/71 is right on the border, but must read 4.09 gears. Let me know what you have. I have parts to trade or will pay 28.00 for the right tag with D1 prefix, or D2 prefix.
