Hi,

So after installing my Dana 44, everything went will but I couldn't get the cotter pin in the track bar bolt.

I guess the P/O or someone forgot to completely remove the old cotter pin and now it's stuck inside the whole.

Any suggestions on how to remove it?

Thanks!
Chris

Use a 1/8" or smaller drift punch and tap it out.

What Mad said, you should be able to get it out, I would think.

And if yo don't happen to have that small a punch laying around, try using a 10 penny or 16 penny nail, and grind the point flat. Kind of a one-time use punch...
