Door opening measurement

Can someone give me a few measurements of the door opening, maybe top bottom and striker area. I want to check that my body has not sagged and brace the opening as I cut the rockers off to weld in steel for rock sliders. I was going to weld a piece of angle iron across the top of the door opening to prevent the body from twisting/sagging before I start cutting...or is this not necessary?

From the fender bolts in the door post to the edge of the rear quarterpanel you need at least 39 inches ( top and bottom bolt ) measuring from center of bolts. 39 1/8th is even better. They don't seem to sag when you cut the rockers off unless you have the body itself jacked up in some way. :)
