Early Bronco Kicker Subwoofer Install rear quarter panel custom 3" spacer

I thought I would show you guys my Kicker sub woofer install in my early bronco. I had to make a custom 3" spacer. The whole process took about two hours and I just used stuff I had laying around the house.

Fun modification. I was considering that too but the "cabinet" size and should be sealed to get good lows so I did not.

How does it sound in person? Are lows low and crisp or do they cut off early like 40-50 hz?

Sounds pretty good. I need secure it a little in a few places. Getting some rattle. I'm going to solve that with a 2x4 between the wheel well and quarter panel cover. Probably going to seal with some foam too.
