Fresh rebuild kit installed.
I tore down, cleaned, and reassembled with anything in the kit used in place of the old.
Sold as is, I haven't bolted it on an intake to run it so I can't say I am absolutely sure it's perfect. However, I did not find anything during the rebuild to indicate it was not in excellent shape, no broken or damaged pieces.
Obviously you will have to tune it to suit your application. I set everything as close to original spec as I could.
