Energy suspension body mounts versus stock

I got about a 3/4" body lift with the new energy suspension body mounts and hardware. Is that where the stock "used" to sit? Did my rubber ones compress that much?

your stock ones compressed about that much. I know when I did mine a couple of the stock ones were only about 1/2" or so thick while the front core supports were about 1" thick

the old body mounts were rubber, the new ones are urathane a harder material.
