After alot of thread reading, I had pretty much given up hope of finding 6-AN fittings for my hydroboost that I removed from an '84 Lincoln MK VII. That was until I found Tallon Hydraulics located in Florida. They have o-ring-AN fittings, re-usable stainless braided hose fittings, stainless braided hose, etc... Thought I would post for those looking to stick to Ford/Lincoln hydroboost set-up. My HB also has an offset plate so it tucks the accumulator under the HB for better clearance. With that being said, I am willing to sell my Astrovan HB set-up, MC and Metric 6-AN fittings for same.
Mail me if interested. I have about $125 invested in the Astrovan HB setup.

For 99% of things, you get what you pay for. When it comes to my brakes, I want Aeroquip. I work in aviation and I have the proper gauge for checking AN thread sizes. I have a big bin of fittings from all the big name places. Aeroquip was the only one to have an actual AN spec thread. The rest were a JIC relabled as an AN. I wasn't impressed. For fuel, coolant or vacuum systems just about anything will do. Once you get into Hydraulics/brakes, be very careful. You want a proper fitting that will handle at least 2000 psi. I run my Aeroquip system at 3000+psi on a regular basis.

They build hydroboost systems and support others as well. Since I am using their fittings on both hoses and HB adapter/PS box, whether they are AN or JIC shouldn't matter? I appreciate your input. I will post when the install is complete whether I run into problems (leaks, etc...) as well. If you haven't checked out their website, please do and give me your opinion.
Happy Wheelin'!

AN and JIC are very similar. You will notice the biggest difference in the price tags. Both are 37 degree flares, but the AN threads are made to an exact specification for the aerospace industry. JIC fittings are made to a less exact tolerance. That's why the price discrepancy.

Recieved all of the fittings and got the HB installed without any leaks. Did notice however that the fittings are stamped EATON. Are these truly AN fittings? ?:? They also make a billet offset mount for the HB. Looks extremely similiar to the package that WH is selling.

That's because Tallon Hydraulics stole the designs from Hydratech (which WH and JBG sell) and are selling them as their own. People of their ilk don't deserve anyone's support and if you can find an alternative elsewhere, I highly recommend you do so.
