Trying to search from my phone isn’t working well. Found s donor roller motor from an 96 Explorer. Pulling it tomorrow. What all do I need to grab. The upper intake it gone. Plan to put my 91 Mustang EFI on it anyway, since it’s already cleaned up and wired to my truck.

The last year for the 5.0 SBF pushrod engine was 2001, any newer Explorer with a V8 will be a modular.

Boy, did I screw that up or what? It's a 96. Must have fat fingered it. We ended up verifying it was the GT40 heads I wanted and I took every engine part and wiring harness I could get my hands on. Was a bitch to get out. Now to strip it down and get it to the engine shop for the rebuild.
