Since I cant seem to find someone local to make a new press. hose from the explorer pump to the stock bronco PS box, does anyone know what size and where I can find the correct fitting? I think the fittings on the PS box are
5/8x18 and 11/16x18, is that right? Thanks SB

Those are the correct fitting sizes for the stock EB box.

---the fitting on the explorer pump is a 16mm x 1.5 O-ring,,,,, I just made my own high pressure line using russells -6AN steel fittings specially made for their -6 braided power steering line,, I used a 90 on the pump & a 45 on the box,,,which ever brand regular AN fittings & hoses are a no no for the high pressure side

I was hoping thats the right fitting.... since I already ordered it. The russel powerflex hose is what I was planning to use also. Thanks for the help. SB

I took the factory 2002 Explorer pressure hose and cut the (S/Box end) tip off so I could replace the fitting with a standard non-metric size. Then I put an inverted flare back on it. It just barely fit.
