I currently have 1976 Disk brakes but I want to change the knuckles out to use wheels with more backspacing. Does anyone know if I can reuse my caliper hangers (anchors) with the f150 dana 44 knuckles?

The 76-77 EB and 76-79 F150/Bronco 5-hole spindles are the same AFAIK, and so are the rotors, so therefore the caliper brackets should be the same as well. I've never taken the time to compare them on my '77 EB and '77 F150, but from memory they look identical.

Yes, the bracket for either knuckle is the same part.

It is the TTB and 3/4 tons that are different.
