Is there any difference in the fenders all the bronco supply stores are selling and stock fenders. I can always find single fenders for a good price, but hesitate to buy them because I don't know if they'll be the same as the second one I buy. ?:?

Everything I have heard about the aftermarket fenders isn't good. Stock is the best way to go if you can find a good pair. I am going back stock and there fit is good. I think pretty much, one company makes these metal aftermarket fenders and sells them to most of the Bronco houses from what I am told. Dennis Carpenter www.dennis-carpenter.com makes their fenders from the original tooling and are the only ones that are supposed to be exact reproductions. They are a lot higher priced too.

Good Luck,

I picked up some NOS fenders for $300.00 ea. There are still a few out there. Post a add in the wanted section, see what you can find;D The factory units are your best bet. The gordon aftermarkets are thinner and out of shape, but you can get them for about $100 ea. LOL

I got a passenger side fender from Duff's about a year and a half ago. Everything lined up fine except where the fender attaches to the door post. Still haven't figured out what I'm going to do there. They were $125 at the time, but now I think they are going for $150. Those NOS fenders are out of my price range for now!
