Few Questions regarding doors?

Doors open fine from inside but from the outside the handle is very hard to push to open. Any adjustments that can be made? ( New Handles)

Lower door rubbers, seems like the rubbers are too thick which causes the doors from latching properly. Anyone have to trim the rubbers?

Thanks for any info!!

It seems some of the aftermarket weather strip is a little thicker or maybe not as pliable as the stock stuff. You may try adjusting the whole door ie at the hinges and possible the striker but if adjusting makes the door stick out then you will probablyhave to try and trim up the seals.

Are you saying that you have new door handles? I've also heard that some of the aftermarket handles dont open to well either. Seems a lot of people swap the push button out for there old stock one and they work better.
