Absolutely brand new, all wires are perfect and it’s still packed in the foam, I got it out to look at it to check and make sure all the parts were there and everything looks perfect, does not smell like gas, it’s never been run!
***You will need a high-pressure fuel pump and return line to tank, I believe that’s all it will take in addition to this kit to get you fired up
