I am going to be replacing my entire floor from the toe boards all the way back.

but I am going to do sections at a time. my question for those that have redone the entire floor. where should i start? front and work back or back and work to the front?

i think I am going to order that 1 piece complete front floor pan........

the bed, the 4 filler pieces around the bed, new wheel wells

I am just not sure where to start.

i don't think it really matters where you start but I doing it in halves will help keep it all squared up as you go.

I know they are hard to work around yet you should brace it in the door openings across the bed back and front if the quarters and firewall are in good shape. If you are not doing a one piece front pan and using the original floor braces with the bare braces showing the seat cage nuts drill an eighth in drill down through the nut through the brace so later once you weld the new pans in you can go under the body and drill back up through the pan to have seat bolt placement.

I've done it along with a few others on here and a common theme I've noticed is that almost everyone ends up replacing every piece of sheet metal. Just be prepared...lol
Take lots of measurements and write them down on paper and the body! Brace brace and brace...then start cutting. My build thread and the section where I start cutting out the old floor pan...good luck!
