Ok, Chris, you get stuck even when you dont drink. We all get stuck eventually and also lose some bumpers and hitches, hopefully pictures.

Had a great time, it sure seemed like nobody was shy on this trip trying there vehicles out, even that bad ass Exterra and little Jeep.

Hey Guys, putting together the webpage and video was the least I could do. I had a blast and was surprised just how well the "Yellow Submarine" can swim! Obviously it ain't no Bronco, but I can dare to dream. By the way, to my own brother....ITS A FREAKIN' XTERRA!!!...NOT A Pathfinder! And your "Land Rover" did well until it ripped the bumper off that defenseless Bronco that was giving up about 4,000 pounds to it. Again thanks for the invite. Chris W. you may be the most aggressive one out there, but nobody had to PUSH your truck into a hazard (Jeep that ended up doing the belly slide). Those guys were crazy!

Hey coach417, just to let you know, that if I would have had the receiver hitch installed as usual and put the strap on it instead of around the u-channel it wouldn't have squeezed it and failed. I would have yank out that heavy thing with no problem. It was only defenseless because of that and for it wouldn't go into 4 low so the pull was a lot different than I'm used to. Thanks for the great video and that Exterra was awsome.

Hey Chris (and the other fire fighters in attendance)--What is the word on what went on out at the property around 11pm that night?? Ron and I were enjoying some adult beverages in a miraculously vacant Suburban Estates parking lot when about 4 big trucks with all their lights blazing showed up at the gate. We didn't have a key, but a rather shady character came over to ask us for one. When he could see we were not fibbing he left us. All the trucks seemed to leave a short time later, only to return about 20 minutes later with another truck. We figured they were going to torch the gate to get in, but they must have obtained a key. Then a truck came through (couldn't see what it was) that sounded bad-ass and looked like about the size of a Duece-and-a-half. It was lead out the back and out of sight by an ATV. Figured there must have been some sort of wreck out there, but about 20 minutes later the big fire truck heads back out. He was moving pretty good through the whoop-de-dos and you could really hear the turbo spinning. They all left and that was that. What's the scoop??

fire!!!!

I understand from some of the guys I work with that a small brush fire had broken out way in the back, but I was told that there wasn't much to it. However the next day there was a pretty go size one out there. By the way love the pics and video, sorry I couldn't show off this time with my beater but I was trying to take it easy with my brand new power steering and I had to tow Darin back to camp, but don't worry I will be back with a vengeance. I ended up staying out there till about 10:00 and was covered from head to toe from driving circles around a bunch of Sammy's! Had a blast!!

Yes, Thank you again Chris for the pull out. It takes alot to get back to the camp through the sand. It was the fuel pump, should have seen it coming. sorry to pull you away from all the fun. Thanks, Darren
