#1 Anybody know the correct lbs of torque for the bolts on a 76 w/ a 3spd manual?

#2 Besides buying new ones, any ideas on replacing the small tab on the spindle nut where the retainer ring fits over, whoever worked on this truck b4 e broke them off

1. 75-85 lb-ft

2. They're probably just pushed in. Clean them off, then use a small drift to knock the pins back out. When you tighten the outer nut, it'll set the pin to the correct depth.
