CA Ford 4 speed toploader

I have a complete 4 speed top loader came with a project was not installed but hurst shifter and brackets are all there or if the brackets seems to have been welded but appears to shift in all gears it’s is as is complete as pictured

I had set of seats shipped from Fastenal to Fastenal for 75.00
He boxed and dropped off and set me the info.
I went and showed id and picked up.
