TX ford 9 inch true trac

hey anyone know where I can take my removed pumpkin and have a true trac spool installed? Ive called one place in austin and they wanted 350.00 for labor. I think that's kinda high since I have the thing removed and will deliver to the shop.

Yeah, that is way too high. Keep looking around. I can't help with anyone local to you though.

S o I guess Spicewood is somewhere around Austin...
I'd say give Ft Worth gear &Axle a call OR STD trans IN Ft Worth .. Or heck Just call Chuck at BC Bronco and ask him .. He's just around the corner from you ..

Charlie Thrash here in San Antonio comes highly recommended. I called them for some advice and the guy talked to me for 30 minutes over the phone about options and recommendations. Very helpful! A bit out of your way, but an option. Perhaps he knows of a reputable place to send you too closer to your neck of the woods. (210) 340-8900
